PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE!
I like people and throughout my career, I have worked in varying capacities with people. Whether it was Social Work, Teaching, Public Relations or Real Estate it's important to be a good listener and to be patient. Today's Real Estate Buyers and Sellers are savvy when it comes to the latest technology in terms of gathering information. My commitment to them is to be truthful, available and ready to go the extra mile. I spent well over a decade studying the Real Estate Market and then I decided to get involved. I got into Real Estate after our family made a very bad Real Estate deal. That bothered us for some time. My initial foray into Real Estate was simply to find out the laws governing property acquisitions and transactions. There was so many laws and regulations...but I was enthralled abo What I found was what I needed, but I felt that I could make a contribution. I reside in Southfield, Michigan and I can truthfully say that curiosity has led me to explore so many areas. I love our state. I love the Metro Detroit area! I am a graduate of Spring Arbor University and Central Michigan University. My Master's degree is in Business. I believe that this gives me an edge over many other Realtors in many ways. I have the ability and willingness to do any necessary research regarding property transaction that may crop up. I am a hard working optimist. Many of the clients that have worked with have indicated that they like the fact that I do not rush them.
